THE SEVEN-MONTH PROGRAMME
Give your next chapter time to take shape.
zenschool combines time together in Kamakura with online meetings and reflection in daily life. The seven-month rhythm gives you time to explore, try things and return to the conversation.
Five parts of the journey
Meet in Kamakura
Begin with a two-day retreat. Reflect on your life and the experiences that have moved you, and get to know the other participants.
Put your thoughts into words
Share what is taking shape at an online presentation meeting. Dialogue helps you notice connections you might not see alone.
Deepen through practice
Return for monthly follow-up conversations. Bring experiences, questions and attempts from everyday life into the group.
Reflect together
Meet again in Kamakura for the concluding session and reflect on the journey with the others.
Stay connected
The community is a place to continue exchanging experiences beyond the programme. Discuss the available ways to take part with the hosts.
Before you plan a visit
The programme includes in-person sessions in Kamakura and cannot be completed entirely online. If you would join from overseas, discuss travel and online meeting times with the hosts before booking.
Current dates, fees, teaching language and language support need to be confirmed for the programme you are considering. This overview does not promise an English-speaking cohort or interpretation.
Make space for your own questions
You do not have to leave your job or start a company to participate. The conversation can begin with a question about your work, a project or the way you want to live.
YOUR NEXT STEP
