Perhaps your career is going well, yet you wonder what comes next. Perhaps you want to create something but cannot quite name it. The starting point is your experience and curiosity, rather than a ready-made plan.
Through reflection and dialogue, participants explore what they want to pursue. That may lead to a project, a change in how they work or a different relationship with everyday life.
We describe this shared space as a dojo: a place to practise, rather than simply collect knowledge. Zen informs the approach, alongside attentive dialogue and learning through experience.
Here, a question is more than something to answer quickly. It can be something you live with, revisit and understand differently over time.
